Before you are baking in the sun this Summer, start cooking in the Spring! Book Larder, a community cookbook store, also regularly hosts a variety of cooking classes. Breakfast for Dinner with Chef Kyle Wisner, will help you make some yummy ‘morning-turned-evening’ dishes. The menu + syllabus looks pretty full (an egg cooking lesson; homemade cornbread and preserves with cultured butter; egg and leek tortilla with paprika aioli; roasted kale, sweet onions, & emmer salad with hazelnuts; and yogurt with roasted apples, walnuts, and walnut oil.) Mmmmm!
